Here’s the current state of play on which browsers/OS version combos aren’t supported or aren’t fully supported on Double A (if not listed here, you should assume it works :) ):
Firefox (any OS) - Not supported at all. User will get a blocking splashscreen.
iOS & Safari (on iOS & MacOS)
Anything before version 16.0 (released Oct 2022) - Not supported at all. User will get a blocking splashscreen.
At least ver 16.0, but less than ver 16.4 - User can access, but will get greyed mic/cam buttons with tooltip asking them to update their device.
MacOS - anything before ver 11 (released Jan 2020) - Won’t work.
This is mostly because any version of MacOS before ver 11 isn't eligible to install the minimum version of Safari noted above.
On iOS, Safari & iOS versions are always the same. Not the case on MacOS. So a MacOS user could possibly have a sufficient version of Safari, but not a sufficient version of MacOS, which is not supported.
