How to reset your or a user's password

If you are a registered user in a World, like an Admin, VIP User or Support, then you have credentials to log in, which consists of your email and a password. We all forget our passwords, so here is how to reset a password or change your password.

Forgot your password?

  1. Ask a World Administrator to reset your password. This can be any Admin user in your World.

  2. Once the Admin resets your password, you can keep that password or change it.

How to change your own password?

  1. Login to the World with your current password

  2. Select "Edit Profile" from the upper right icon

  3. Select "RESET" under Password

  4. Type the new password and enter again to confirm the password

  5. Select "Save"

How to change a user's password?

Only Admins can change or reset another user's password.

  1. Access the Admin Panel by selecting the gear icon in the lower right and select "Admin Panel"

  2. Select "User Accounts" from the left side menu

  3. Find the user. You can enter their name in the search field or scroll down to their name.

  4. Select "Edit" next to the user's name to open their Profile

  5. Select "Reset" under Password

  6. Type the new password and enter again to confirm the password

  7. Select "Save"

    You will see a confirmation notification that the user's profile was updated.
