The “User Accounts” section in your Admin Panel allows you to review your users, see who has an account, and manage all guests that have created an account in your World. It is also where you can remove a user and prevent them from returning.

To review and manage User Accounts, navigate to the Admin Panel by clicking on the gear icon at the top right of your screen. Select “User Accounts” tab from the left navigation bar. On this page, you will find all the user profiles in your World and what permission levels they currently have.

In this article, there is information about:

  2. Enter their First and Last name

  3. Enter their Email (this is what they use to login)

  4. Enter a password for them

User Roles

These are the available user roles. Click on a role for more information or review the Permissions based on role chart.

Participant

A user who creates an account is automatically assigned a Participant. They don't have any additional features than an Anonymous guest (someone who enters a World via "Quick Join as Guest" option).

Contributor

If you have a presenter or someone that needs their avatar in a Spectator Mode enabled room, assign them to be a Contributor. This role only gives them that avatar access to a Spectator Mode enabled room. They will not be able to enable Speaker Mode for themselves.

Presenter

This role has the same capabilities as a Contributor, in addition to enabling Speaker Mode and Screenshare. This role can also see and access a hidden room from the Rooms List and enter a locked room without entering a password.

Moderator

If you need a role to edit room content or be able to moderate users in the World, this role has all the capabilities of the previous roles, in addition to the ability to add/edit content and manage a live event.

Admin (Super, Double A, Client, World)

Any of the administrator roles has access to all features in a World. They can create rooms, manage users, and adjust all settings. The Admin can view and edit of all aspects of a World.
